UBC Vancouver faculties or their departments may apply for funding of their TA Training Programs every two years. Currently, applications for TA Training Funding for 2026/27 and 2027/28 funding years are open and due by May 28, 2026.

• Submissions open for 2026-2028 TA Training Funding: Early April
• Submissions close: Thursday May 28th at 5pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Feedback and budget notification: early to mid-July

Submitters need to upload both the 2026-28 TA Training Fund Application and 2026-2028-TATraining-Budget. Please visit the TA Training Fund Program Page to download those documents and read the guidance about filling them out. The links are also available within this submission system, but all guidance is provided on the Program Page.
