UBC Vancouver faculties or their departments may apply for funding of their TA Training Programs every two years. Currently, units with TA Training funding need to submit reporting documents from year 1 to be reviewed before year 2 funding is released.
Submissions open for year 1 report: Early April
Submissions close: May 30th at 3pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Feedback and budget notification: early to mid-July
Submitters need to upload both the year 1 report form and budget reconciliation spreadsheet - please visit the TA Training Fund Program Page to download those documents and read the guidance about filling them out. The links are also available within this submission system, but all guidance is provided on the Program Page.
This application portal has been PIA approved and all data entered resides on UBC servers. Data herein will be retained according to appropriate data retention policy.
